The 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and Mojave harness up to 285 net horsepower from the Pentastar engine block. Capable of stopping and starting itself to conserve gasoline, this signature V-6 powertrain cranks out 260 pound-feet of torque. When paired with a six-speed manual transmission system, the six-cylinder engine supports a maximum towing load of up to 4,500 pounds based on SAE J2807 compliance. When running on an eight-speed automatic transmission system, the Rubicon may tow up to 7,000 pounds. However, this gearbox increases the Mojave’s towing limit to 6,000 pounds. As this strongly suggests, the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine is designed to operate on diesel. Optional on the 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, this V-6 engine whips out 260 hp. Capable of cranking out 442 lb-ft of torque, the turbocharged powertrain supports a payload of 1,075 pounds.

Having the FOX 2.0 label, the Rubicon’s performance-tuned suspension system incorporates monotube shock absorbers. This high-end model also rolls the 33.0-inch Falken tires that create a maximum ground clearance of 11.1 inches. Fitted with a 4×4 drive system from the proprietary Command-Trac family, the 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave offers shift-on-the-fly mechanisms at speeds under 45 mph. This all-new model rides on the FOX suspension system with 2.5-inch internal bypass shocks. You’ll surely notice the vehicle’s two front tow hooks and two rear tow hooks with bright orange paint for maximum visibility. Also rolling on 33-inch tires, this Desert Rated Jeep model achieves a class-leading ground clearance of up to 11.6 inches. Providing enhanced movement on rocky surfaces, rock rails are installed on both Jeep pickup trucks.
