Took my 2025 RAM Longhorn in for engine light on and battery issues. Service was Excellent. I got two new batteries, a fuse assembly and an oil change and filter. Warranty covered everything but the oil and filter. The price of the oil and filter was a great price. I am going to have my wife's car serviced there in the near future.
Amy was very helpful. Greeted me the moment I walked in, found my appt for recall repair and reminded me that my car was ready for oil change/

They went way above and beyond for us by taking care of a lot of work—even out of warranty—and generously provided a loaner vehicle so we weren't left stranded. My service experience has been very good and best of all consistent. Even when I wait for my vehicle and I roam the showroom and all employees are all smiles and greet me cordially. I have all my service work done and my vehicles always come out as clean as they went in for service.
Love this place! My hubby and I both have our oil changes here. Waiting room is comfty, and love the free refreshments. Employees are nice. Discounts, like lady's day, and senior day.

However the service tech said that I needed a new battery and I had it tested elsewhere and was shown the results and I was mislead. The one reason I continue bringing my cars or truckers to you is I felt I was on a level playing field. Also my tire pressure light is still on. I had my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change. The online scheduling and process at the dealership went well. The price was very reasonable with a special going on at the time. They also rotated the tires and did a multipoint inspection. Harrison was courteous and helpful with the whole process.

Very easy to deal with. Able to test drive 4 trucks and kept the one we decided on overnight for extended try. More than accommodating throughout the entire dealership. Parts Dept was able to get the parts needed overnight although I could not take my Jeep in that day. Harrison was able to schedule me for the following day and the shop did the work in about two hours. Both events really helped me out as I was pressed for time.
