The service department is great! They were able to diagnose the problem on my Jeep Rubicon and get it repaired on the same day. Always have great service there. That’s my #1 dealership.

However the service tech said that I needed a new battery and I had it tested elsewhere and was shown the results and I was mislead. The one reason I continue bringing my cars or truckers to you is I felt I was on a level playing field. Also my tire pressure light is still on. I had my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change. The online scheduling and process at the dealership went well. The price was very reasonable with a special going on at the time. They also rotated the tires and did a multipoint inspection. Harrison was courteous and helpful with the whole process.

Very easy to deal with. Able to test drive 4 trucks and kept the one we decided on overnight for extended try. More than accommodating throughout the entire dealership. This was my second truck purchase from them. Highly recommend to anyone. Went looking for a lawn mower and came home with a truck!!!!

Parts Dept was able to get the parts needed overnight although I could not take my Jeep in that day. Harrison was able to schedule me for the following day and the shop did the work in about two hours. Both events really helped me out as I was pressed for time.

Although it took four visits they were finally able to track down and correct an elusive Check Engine issue. Very pleased that they gave me a loaner car for two of those visits saving me from hours of waiting.

Two days after I purchased this used Wrangler from Jacky Jones the CEL came on. I made an appointment and they did a quick software update, but ten days later the CEL returned. I made another appointment and this time they discovered that the prior owner had removed the cold air intake he had installed and attempted to repair the evaporator line he had cut, but it still caused an airflow issue. My jeep was in the shop for a long time as they dealt with different issues. All in all, not a great experience, but some of it not their fault.

Had my truck for a week. Charged me 800.00 and nothing has been fixed. Basically was told that they can't repair it. I didn't get 50 miles after I picked the truck up, the engine light came on! Same code as when I had it towed in. I purchased the truck from you, I thought your service would be better. Very disappointed.
