I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They've helped us on multiple times. My 3 year old vehicle had a dead battery yesterday morning. I called the service department to ask them if they thought it might just be a dead battery. Josh (service manager) offered to have them come out and jump my car for free! I then drove to the dealership and they were more than helpful with replacing my battery.
RC and Bobby in sales were very helpful in finding the truck we wanted, Mackenzie in service was very helpful in servicing our old truck and getting it ready for resale, (we didn't use it for trade in.) always very satisfied with this dealership, have been return customer for many years due to their excellent sense of customer service. This is our first time to have a Sales Representative, namely, Jimmy Fults, drive us to 2 competitive dealerships to assist us in finding a specific Jeep requested by my wife. From Cleveland Ga, Jimmy drove us to Lawrenceville Ga some 40 miles from Cleveland, and then to Cummings Ga some 25 miles from Lawrenceville, and back to Cleveland an additional 25 miles to Cleveland. We did find a new 2019 Jeep Renegade colored Orange, in Cummings which we purchased thanks to Jimmy Fults.

I’ve been going to Jacky Jones for over a year now, and I’m satisfied with their service department. The two service writing listen well. The dealership needs a basket of free snacks in the waiting area like other dealerships have that I take my other brands of vehicles too.....it would be nice gesture for us poor folks who need wait on their service.
Bought a used Dodge Durango today after doing research online. Very good experience with professional service. Got a great price and never felt pressured or rushed. Tyler (a fellow veteran) did a great job working with us and it was nice to get away from the big city of Atlanta! I was amazed how quickly they finished with the service call. Good job guys!! I was a little disappointed; however, as I asked one of the ladies in the service area is she could pair my new phone to the car. I handed my phone to her and by the time I got out to the car … she said it was done. However, I tried to use the cell phone in the car several days later and it was not paired. Looks like I need to make another trip. I'm not 'techy' so guess it's my fault also.

I had been looking on line, from Alaska, for a 4500 or 5500 Ram. JJ happened to have a new 2018 that met my requirements. My salesman Brian N. took my interest seriously and communicated with no hype or pressure. He did what he could to obtain the most reasonable discounts possible to an already discounted unit. I was hesitant to purchase from out of state as I was also trading in a vehicle. They carried a wide variety of inventory. They had the exact model and color of Jeep Gladiator that I was looking for. The salesman was low pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was visiting from out of state but he was willing to accommodate delivery to my home.
The service was very good it did take a little longer for the work to get done but they gave a loaner car until the work was complete that was very good and thoughtful everyone was very friendly
I came in after a routine oil change found a leaking seal. The whole service team was awesome at getting the issue diagnosed and then making sure it was fixed. Mackenzie was wonderful at keeping me up to date on the repair process as well as explaining what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed.
Me and my dad stopped by here on the way home, as we do with all Dodge dealerships. Little did we know that we’d be leaving with a Dodge 1320! I left my Jeep with a few requests of items to fix. They went through my vehicle front to back and took care of things that I didn't even know were things! Everything was communicated to me in a timely fashion and all the work was completed quickly! Definitely worth whatever drive it take to get to them.

Being able to make a service appointment is fantastic. Only thing that could make this better would be for the service center to be open on Saturday at least half a day. We both work out of town and getting back during shop hours can be a pain.

I requested a bottom line on an advertised truck and received it that day I requested it. Other dealers E-Prices were false advertising, while Jackie Jones stuck with theirs. Great to work with even though they got Alabama tax wrong, It's only 2% for cars.

While having a towing package installed the technician must have ran into a problem as what was supposed to be a 3-4 hour job turned into an all day affair. I didn’t mind the added time without my Jeep, I wanted it done right rather than done on time! In the end it looked like the factory had installed it. Mackenzie only charged me what she quoted me instead of what they probably should have charged.
