He listened to what my needs (looking to make a FORD purchase) and he only had 1 Ford truck on the lot that meet my immediate need - keep in mind I was looking for a Ford product.0 Charles called Jacky Jones Ford, just down the street, and handed me off to peer so I see all Ford product offerings. This was a surprise, since he was potentially loosing a sale. After looking at options, I ultimately went back and bought the Ford from Charles at the dodge dealership.
